In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), users of this website are informed of the following.

2. Data collected and purpose
The booking and contact forms collect the following data: full name, email address, phone number (optional), arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, and any message the user chooses to add. The data is processed in order to handle requests for information or bookings for the Can Roque holiday home and to maintain the necessary communication with the person concerned.
No profiles are created and no automated decisions are made with this data.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the taking of pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the express consent given by ticking the box accepting this Privacy Policy (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Data retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where applicable, manage the contractual relationship, and for the periods required by law to deal with any possible liabilities.
5. Recipients
Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law (for example, the guest register required by tourist accommodation regulations). No international data transfers take place. Visit statistics are obtained with Fathom Analytics, which uses no cookies and keeps no data that could identify users.
6. Your rights
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@fuertementera.com or to the postal address above, enclosing a copy of an identity document. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security measures
The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data processed.
